115 companies are being sued in a case filed by a couple whose residing location is not specified in the complaint.

The suit was filed by George Moreland and Charlotte Moreland in the 22nd Judicial Circuit in St. Louis on February 29.

According to the plaintiffs, George Moreland was diagnosed with malignant mesothelioma following his regular exposure to toxic fibers of asbestos while he was working as a laborer at Benny’s Auto Sales in Missouri in 1963 and at Shorty’s Marathon (OH) in 1964, as a bricklayer at a company called Scruggs & Jolly Construction (OH) from 1966 to 1970, as a laborer at Missouri-based Sprint Telephone in and Kansas-based Overland Park from 1971 to 2009.
