A widow is suing 22 defendant corporations in an asbestos case filed on 29th march in Jefferson County District Court.
Oda Booker says late Robert Booker worked as a pipefitter and he was exposed to dangerous asbestos products and fibers during his job. Robert Booker died after developing asbestos-related illnesses, according to the complaint.
This is the second lawsuit filed on behalf of Robert Booker. He had received a settlement previously for an asbestos-related disease.
